9. You agree to follow the instructions of the instructor and to only perform yoga poses and dance moves, and exercises to the extent that you feel comfortable and safe.
10. Pregnant women and individuals with specific health conditions should consult a physician before participating in yoga, dance, and fitness classes at " Yoga&Gym Zanzibar."
11. By participating in yoga, dance, and fitness classes or activities at " Yoga&Gym Zanzibar," you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with yoga, dance, and fitness practice.
12. In the event of any medical emergency, " Yoga&Gym Zanzibar " reserves the right to seek appropriate medical attention on your behalf.
13. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The " Yoga&Gym Zanzibar " Fitness Center and its staff are not liable for any loss or theft of personal property.
14. The " Yoga&Gym Zanzibar " Fitness Center reserves the right to temporarily restrict or limit access to certain facilities or services for safety or other reasons.

16. Customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the " Yoga&Gym Zanzibar " Fitness Center facilities and services.
17. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children and are liable for any damages caused by their children.
18. By attending yoga, dance, and fitness classes or by using the facilities, equipment, or services of the " Yoga&Gym Zanzibar " Fitness Center, each customer agrees to these liability disclaimers.

Room Booking Policy

By booking a stay with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Your stay is not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations

All bookings are final once payment has been made. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of when notice is given.

Changes to Your Stay

Once you have checked in, we are unable to shorten your stay, adjust your booking, or issue partial refunds for unused nights — including early departures for excursions, changes of plan, or any other reason. We understand plans can change, and we're happy to help however we can (adjusting activity schedules, arranging transport), but nights booked and paid for cannot be refunded or reduced.

Liability for Belongings

We are not liable for the theft, loss, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the property during your stay. We recommend guests take reasonable precautions to secure their valuables at all times. We strongly advise all guests to arrange their own travel insurance to cover theft, loss, or damage of personal items before arrival.
